there is no enough parking, the breakfast is BAD and will be better to go and buy a chapati from other restaurants.

it was not clean, bad smell and full of bugs the breakfast was terrible bathroom was not clean and there was insects in itwith same value I can book much better hotel The price was not fare at all

Huge room, king size bed. Excellent AC. Safe in room. Nice clean pool on roof. Good breakfast - mostly Indian food. Very friendly staff.

In room fridge didn't work. Other minor electrical issues. Working class neighbourhood. No view. Bedding didn't fit properly.

I really enjoyed the warm hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, and the peaceful environment. The staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help. The location is convenient and the facilities are well maintained, making every stay comfortable and relaxing.

My last stay, I always requested a higher floor, but unfortunately, I ended up with a low floor. The water bottle they provided was also quite small. Despite these minor inconveniences, I must say that I had a pleasant stay overall. The property met all my expectations, and each visit has been enjoyable.

Good ambiance and modern facilities, we love here as our go to go stay in the city because of the facilities specially the staffs! the rooms are smelling good and the place is quiet, unlike other hotels you can smell smoke from the other rooms and the bangs in the walls from the bars. but here, peaceful and pleasant. but what really like the most is the guy from the reception Mr. Shahid! Thank you for your service all the time we come here, you really make our stay complete from knowing what we need and for being initiative. your service is beyond appreciated and you really are oke of the treasured asset of the hotel keep it up and see you again :)

Yesterday marked my fourth stay, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The team continues to demonstrate exceptional hospitality every staff member I encountered was not only friendly but also highly professional and attentive to guests’ needs. The service remains outstanding, with smooth check-in, quick assistance, and a genuine effort to make guests feel at home. A special mention goes to the swimming pool area, which is always clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. I truly appreciate the consistency in quality and look forward to returning again in the future.

one small suggestion I’d like to make is about the room amenities. As a Level 2 member on Booking.com, I was hoping a basic item like a toothbrush would be included in the room. It’s a minor detail, but adding that would definitely enhance the guest experience.

The room is nice

But one thing I’m disappointed is there’s no free slippers that usually hotels have ,No personal hygiene kit like toothbrush and toothpaste which is supposedly have.

There’s no comfort at all

Unfortunately, my stay at Akasiya Hotel (May 1st–5th) was very disappointing. I booked for four nights, but restful sleep was nearly impossible due to repeated and preventable disturbances.On the first night, the fire alarm went off continuously in the early morning due to someone cooking in the lobby. If cooking can trigger the alarm, that points to a serious issue with the hotel’s fire safety system.Then, on the third morning, I was abruptly woken up at 10 AM by extremely loud drilling above my room. It turned out to be maintenance on the rooftop pool — and shockingly, no one from management had intervened to reduce the noise. I had to personally go up and ask the workers to stop. I even have a video recording of how loud the noise was, in case management wishes to deny it.As if that wasn’t enough, on the last morning of my stay, the fire alarm went off multiple times again, disturbing what little rest I had left.This hotel completely lacks proper soundproofing, guest consideration, and effective management. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

1- Staff not answering when we called them.2- The quality of the breakfast isn’t good, not having many options.3- Room service wasn’t do their job properly. ( Asked for cleaning the room and they didn’t clean )

The room is amazing, very confortable and looks so good. The bed is veryy very confortable.

For me, as I’m European, There was no food other than Indu. I had to order everything a la carte and spend more money because there was only Indu and spicy food.

The room is big and clean , with really good and welcoming stuff members. But the swimming pool was not functional during my stay, I hope it will be functional daily in the future.
